We want you to love your Hooters fashion, but if a piece doesn't fit perfectly, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
